Fund Administrator (m/f/x)

Your key responsibilities

  • Support our venture capital & private equity funds
  • Manage our cash flow at fund level including execution of distributions and capital calls
  • Prepare the quarterly fund and investor reports as well as ad-hoc analyses
  • Further development of reporting processes and databases
  • Responsibility for regulatory reporting
  • Interface to tax advisors for fund accounting including annual financial statements and tax returns
  • Communicate to/with our investors and investments on all relevant operational topics

What you’ll need

  • Academic degree with business/financial specialization or completed commercial training
  • Practical experience in venture capital/private equity, fund administration/controlling, corporate finance, investment banking and/or auditing
  • Good communication skills and be a team player
  • Affinity for numbers and understanding of corporate structures
  • Independent and diligent approach to work as well as a quick grasp of business issues
  • High proficiency in English
  • MS-Office skills at an advanced level as well as confident handling of IT applications
