- Support our venture capital & private equity funds
- Manage our cash flow at fund level including execution of distributions and capital calls
- Prepare the quarterly fund and investor reports as well as ad-hoc analyses
- Further development of reporting processes and databases
- Responsibility for regulatory reporting
- Interface to tax advisors for fund accounting including annual financial statements and tax returns
- Communicate to/with our investors and investments on all relevant operational topics

Your key responsibilities
What you’ll need
- Academic degree with business/financial specialization or completed commercial training
- Practical experience in venture capital/private equity, fund administration/controlling, corporate finance, investment banking and/or auditing
- Good communication skills and be a team player
- Affinity for numbers and understanding of corporate structures
- Independent and diligent approach to work as well as a quick grasp of business issues
- High proficiency in English
- MS-Office skills at an advanced level as well as confident handling of IT applications
